City Avenue Hotel

Accommodation

City Avenue Hotel is a 6-floor, modern building, situated at a quiet street, close to a metro station. It offers accommodation options in single, double rooms (deluxe, superior, superior twin) and apartments, overlooking the courtyard or the street. In both cases, guests would enjoy peace and quiet. All rooms and apartments are offers as single rooms, as well. 

The interior is fresh, modern, comfortable, meeting the needs and requirements of the guests. Rooms and the apartments all have a small, but convenient working space and a nice place for rest. High-speed internet access is available in all premises. The air-conditioning is individually-controlled. The general atmosphere is cosy, predisposing to relaxation. 
 

Restaurant

The LeBistro Restaurant has a total capacity of 40 seats and is a usual choice for companies, looking for a moderately big, nice place to hold their parties. The cuisine of the restaurant is excellent, the menu – abundant, and food is prepared by true chefs. 

City Avenue Hotel’s guests are offered a magnificent buffet breakfast. Special catering is provided to the participants in various corporate events and trainings. 

The garden of the restaurant offers further 70 – 75 seats on an area of 280 sq.m. and it is the go-to place for closing successful business events, but also for small family celebrations –birthday parties, anniversaries, engagement parties.  

The experienced personnel guarantee perfect servicing and assistance in the organization of the events. 
 

Conference room

The conference room of the City Avenue Hotel is particularly popular for organizing events. There are several reasons for that: 

  • It is among the few really bright conference rooms in the city – it is famous for its abundance of natural daylight; 
  • It has direct access the charming garden of the hotel, making the coffee breaks much attended and suggesting conversations and contact-making; 
  • The food for the catering for the events is prepared on-site, and at client’s request, lunch and dinner can also be served. 

The conference room itself is spacious – 110 sq.m. – and providing various arrangement options:  

  • “theatre“ type – up to 80 seats; 
  • “classroom“ type - up to 50 seats; 
  • U-shaped – up to 40 seats. 

There is a flipchart, sound system, multimedia and a desk. 
 

Night bar

City Avenue Hotel has a piano bar with splendid interior, modern audio system and excellent spotlights. It functions by previous booking and its optimum capacity is 120 people, with 80 seats. 
Professional DJ and perfectly trained personnel take care of guests’ good experience. The ordered menu is cooked on-site. 

The piano bar is suitable for bachelor and bachelorette parties, all sorts of family celebrations and corporate events. The hotel clients, using the conference room, often choose to close their events at this piano bar.

According to hotel’s guests a major advantage of hotel’s location, is the possibility to reach any point of the city with ground transport and metro, the better availability of parking places (hotel’s own parking), compared to Sofia downtown and the quiet start of the day – the areas is much less busy.
