• In all sites of the HMG group, cleaning in order to disinfect the common areas, as well as all contact areas in the rooms are frequent and performed on schedule;
• We have provided hand sanitizers in the common areas and around the receptions in all our sites;
• We have made the environment in our rooms safer by removing some of the decorations, information folders, letterheads, etc. that do not interfere with your comfortable stay;
• Breakfasts in all the group's hotels in Sofia are now served in person in the guests' rooms, not at a buffet;
• All our employees are promptly informed and trained how to react in case of a critical situation;
• We approach the necessary cancellations with flexibility and understanding and provide preferential accommodation conditions in accordance with the current situation.
